Shipping, Returns and Warranty Terms

Shipping

Electrobyt offers a range of Couriers/Products for delivery. These options are automatically sorted depending on the price and weight of your order. At checkout, only the valid options for you order total will be shown. If the option "Free Tracked Economy Shipping" is chosen, we reserve the right to choose a suitable courier for your order.

**Please allow a processing time of 2 working days for dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates, and due to unforeseen circumstances (flooding, snow, pandemic related closures etc), we always ask our customers to be patient. If your item(s) has not arrived after 14 working days, please contact using the "Contact" button at the top of every page. Let us know:

(1) The name on the shipment
(2) Your email address
(3) Type your Order Number in the "E-mail subject" box
(4) Confirm your delivery address and write a brief description of your problem in the "Message" box

Returns

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Electrobyt, however, there may be an occasion when you need to return an item to us.

Our Return's Procedure.

In the first instance, contact us using the "Contact" button at the top of every page. Let us know:

(1) The name on the shipment
(2) Your email address
(3) Type your Order Number in the "E-mail subject" box
(4) Write a brief description of your problem in the "Message" box

We will get back to you within 48 hours with a solution and/or advice to help to resolve your problem.

There are four types of returns.

(1) Change of Mind/Cancellation Returns.
You are welcome to cancel an order for any reason for up to 30 days from the date your order arrives. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned. We do not charge any re-stocking fees or cancellation fees.

(2) Faulty Item(s).
In the unlikely event, a product we sell arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, you can return it for an exchange or refund, exchanges will only be offered if we have an identical item to send to you, or you agree to accept a similar replacement. We will refund costs including:

(1) The full sale price
(2) The initial postage and packaging cost
(3) Any payment fees if applicable
(4) Reasonable returns cost if you decide not to use our Return's Label and opt to use your own courier method. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs. To ensure the courier charges are reasonable, customers should contact Electrobyt first to check the estimate costs will be reimbursed before proceeding with your chosen courier method.

(3) Incorrect Item(s) Sent.
If during the shipping process, we have made an error, you may return the incorrectly shipped items to us, and we will exchange them for the correct item(s).
Reasonable returns costs, if you decide not to use our Return's Label or Courier Collection and opt to use your own courier method, will be refunded. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs. To ensure the courier charges are reasonable, customers should contact Electrobyt first to check the estimate costs will be reimbursed before proceeding with your chosen courier method.

(4) Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within seven working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, we recommend that you record this on the carrier's delivery note. Items should be returned in their original packaging, where possible, complete with all accessories and documentation. If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, items should be returned in suitable packaging to ensure the item is not damaged in transit.

Once we've received the item(s), we'll issue a replacement or a refund to you via your original payment method. Reasonable returns costs, if you decide not to use our Return's Label or Courier Collection and opt to use your own courier method, will be refunded. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs. Warranties

As a "Green" company, we sell a high percentage of Recycled/Refurbished equipment as well as New. Because of this, there are two distinct warranty periods.

(1) Refurbished or Recycled -- All Refurbished or Recycled products hold a limited 30-day warranty with Electrobyt.
(2) New -- All New products hold a 1-year warranty with Electrobyt. (In some cases, there may be an additional warranty with the manufacturer.)
