There are four sizes available in the 400MHz Infineon range, starting at 128MB and reaching 1GB with 256MB and 512MB in between. All of these run the standard CL3 memory timings which makes them just as compatible with each other as it does most other manufacturers memory. They are commonly used in branded desktops such as HP/Compaq and Dell but are just as happy in any motherboard that supports PC3200 DDR memory.

The scores should be treated as a guide only as performance can vary greatly dependant on other system components.
