Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and successfully taken payment for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the payment and contact you via e-mail to let you know that we cannot accept your order. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days) we will submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit/debit card or Paypal it will normally ship within 24 hours from the date of your order. If you select a tracked service we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to Contact Us. An order is not deemed accepted by us until the order has been delivered.

Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from the UK, customers with shipping addresses outside of the mainland UK are responsible for all duties, import taxes and fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs before placing your order. (Shipping to other EU member states will not usually incur additional taxes).

Estimated Delivery Times
Below is a list of estimated delivery times, orders that exceed these times are considered lost and claims for these are processed by ourselves. Working days are deemed Monday to Friday and exclude any Public Holidays.
  • UK : 1 - 10 working days
  • Europe : 3 - 28 working days
  • Rest of the World : 5 - 28 working days

What If My Item Is Late
If your item exceeds the times above Contact Us quoting your order reference number. We will look into the problem and offer you a solution that will include either.
  • Shipping a replacement
  • Shipping an alternative if out of stock
  • Refunding your payment
Please remember, opening a dispute with your payment processor without first trying to resolve the issue with us will result in us being unable to ship replacements and your account being suspended pending an investigation.

Order Cancellations
You are welcome to cancel an order placed with us for up to 30 days from the date your order arrives. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit/debit card / Paypal that you used when placing your order. We do not charge any re-stocking fees or cancellation fees.

Faulty and Damaged Item(s)
In the unlikely event a product we sell arrives to you faulty or damaged you can return it for an exchange or refund, exchanges will only be offered if we have an identical item to send to you or you agree to accept a similar replacement. We will refund costs including:
  • The full sale price
  • The initial postage and packaging costs
  • Any Paypal fees if applicable
Returning an Item
It is the buyers responsibility to safely pack any returned items and to insure them when sending. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us but not received.
